….on a walk along the side streets of Georgetown.  The weather is just perfect for a stroll.  It’s been a while since I took door shots (like in Alexandria).  So let’s take a look at  some of the beautiful and varied doors that line the cobblestone streets in the historic district.  Do you see a favorite?

Not a bad way to get the point across, I suppose!

Now why don’t we head a block over from the neighborhoods and do some window shopping.  And that glare on the windows?  Sometimes I prefer to not to worry about a polarizing filter because the scenes reflected off of the windows can add to the story…. a glimpse of what’s across the street or who happens to be walking by….

An unattractive break in the quaint scenery – sky high gas prices…
