Hello friends
I know I have been all but absent lately. I’m simply not online much these days….NO time! Once school started it just seems as if I felt a sudden urgency of deadlines and events. I’m sure you’re feeling this way too. I apologize if I haven’t visited your blog in a while…I will be making more rounds again once these next two weekends are over.
For Bead Table Wednesday, I have a scene of my desk (that was actually taken over the weekend) in the midst of creating a piece for the 4th Bead Soup Blog Party. I had fun creating with the beautiful components I received from my partner, Riki Schumacher. Is anyone else out there putting the finishing touches on their BSBP piece? The big blog hop day is just days away! In between shuttling the kids to robotics club, lacrosse practice, and hosting a Harry Potter birthday party for my son this Saturday, I’ll be starting my trek of visiting the over 300 blogs. It may take a while (I’m talking weeks), but I’m looking forward to it!!! 🙂

EEEKKKK I love this peek into your studio!!! I think it is the prettiest thing ever. I want to look in each compartmemt of the jewelry boxes and open the spool cabinet drawers. And that peeling blue paint… me still my gitty heart. You have a special special place there girl. I wish there was time for me to pop in while at ArtBliss!!
You are a tease. I can just imagine what lovelies are in the beautiful jewelry boxes and your spool cabinet. I am not sure I am having fun with my soup….but, I am learning a lot about seed beads!!! The party will be filled with all your special touches. Have Fun!
I’d love to putter around at your bead table and fondle all those lovely components! I saw one of those spool drawers just a couple weekends ago but my budget wouldn’t allow….sniff sniff.
I’m so excited about the Bead Soup Party coming up. I might have to do some pre-party stretches to prepare.
That may be one of the most stylish bead tables ever. I like the idea of a workspace shot for the BSBP post… let me put that on my list of pix to take before the big reveal… Looking forward to the weekend after BSBP as well!
Your bead table is my kind of place! I love the old spool cabinet and especially the jewelry boxes, they are perfect to store all of your lovely’s!
Oh wow Cindy, you have a wonderful work space. I’m with the others, I would love to peek in all of those nooks and cranies. See you at the party!

Wow – what a lovely shot of your studio workspace – I love it! Your photos are always great! Can’t wait to see your design for the bead soup party – and everyone else’s, too!
I love your work area! So beautiful. I can’t wait to see what you created. 🙂
I wish my workspace looked as lovely as yours does, but my work is much dirtier in its creation!
I’m really looking forward to seeing what you make with your soup ingredients. I’ve still got a lot more to do on mine, but it’ll all come together in the end!
I love seeing where you work and all the bits & bobs you have there! What a great idea to use jewelry boxes for supplies, too! I hope things calm down (and btw, robotics club sounds so amazingly fun!!!) and that you get to see everything. I’m working on my post today (finished up the pieces yesterday). So exciting for me (it’s my first time). Oh, and thanks for your comments on my blog (you have blogger set to no mail and I’m usually in bed on my Nook when I read the comments — don’t have the address book on the Nook and can’t figure out how to get it there!), I appreciate it and will get this figured out eventually!! Hugs to you, sweet Cindy!
Hey Cindy- I hear your lament! I turned around this morning and said, What? It’s September 15th tomorrow? NO! But yep, it is already. I like the look of your desk. My desk is in a similar state, but with inks and rubber this time. Am taking an online card making course that is turning out to be buckets of fun to do! Don’t bother looking for my blog- I lost track of it when my computer crashed- so I opened a new one, but nothing is on it yet. I’ll miss you @ artbliss this year! Have a GREAT time!

LOVE that desk Cindy, the color and all the vintage goodies!! My head is spinning as well. I still need to take pics of the BSBP finished pieces, do the post, do the charms, the nametag and work on a round robin piece! YIKES! Why am I sitting here???
